     Directions

Almost overnight the recent public health crisis has caused the AEC industry to rethink how it works, meets, and collaborates. Without a doubt, in-person meetings, interviews, and events will remain prohibited or significantly restricted over the next 12-18 months. Companies and organizations are increasingly turning to virtual or online formats to fill the gap, but there’s not a one-size-fits-all approach.

During this interactive session, Evan Carroll of Attended Events will help us explore the new world of connecting with audiences virtually. He’ll be joined by Stephanie Scotti of Professionally Speaking, Trish LaPaglia of Pendo, and Kelley Simons of S&ME.

    Specifically, we will cover:

    1. How to best prepare for virtual meetings and interviews
    2. Technology considerations to look and sound your best
    3. How to engage audiences, even when presenting remotely

While today is anything but business as usual, our panelists will help us learn how to conduct business effectively, despite these unusual circumstances.
